This notice explains how DİLLİ Tercümanlık processes the personal data of visitors to dillitercumanlik.com, customers and people requesting quotes. Processing may rely on the grounds in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, particularly where directly related to concluding or performing a contract; necessary for the controller’s legal obligations; necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right; necessary for the controller’s legitimate interests without harming fundamental rights and freedoms; or based on explicit consent where required. Valid explicit consent must concern a specific matter, be informed and be given freely.

Only as needed for the purposes above and in compliance with the law, data may be disclosed to notaries and official bodies; financial advisers, accounting and financial service providers; courier and logistics companies; IT, hosting, email and software providers; legal, audit and consultancy providers; payment providers and banks; and competent public authorities. Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may learn whether your data is processed; request information about processing; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn the third parties receiving it in Turkey or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under the KVKK; request that these actions be notified to recipients; object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send KVKK requests with information establishing your identity to info@dillitercumanlik.com. Applications are assessed and concluded as soon as possible according to their nature, and within the statutory deadline at the latest.
